1 Who We Are and What This Site Is
This website, bharatratnaformodi.com ("the Site"), is run by Ranajeet Katake About page. It exists to let visitors express an opinion on whether Narendra Modi should receive the Bharat Ratna award.
The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or run on behalf of the Government of India, any political party, the President's Secretariat, or any official body responsible for selecting Bharat Ratna recipients. Any resemblance to official government communication in tone or design is unintentional, and no such affiliation should be inferred.
2 This Is Not an Official Vote
The Bharat Ratna is conferred solely on the recommendation of the Prime Minister to the President of India. There is no public nomination form, petition process, or referendum involved in this award, unlike the Padma Awards.
Any "signature," "response," or "vote" submitted on this Site is a personal expression of opinion only. It is not submitted to, reviewed by, or in any way considered by the Government of India or any award committee. Response counts displayed on this Site reflect submissions received through this Site alone, verified only to the limited extent described in our Methodology & Sources page.
3 Verification & Participation Rules
To keep response counts meaningful, the following rules apply to anyone submitting a response:
- One response per participant. Duplicate submissions from the same device or browser are automatically flagged and excluded from the public count.
- No identity verification. We do not verify citizenship, age, or identity beyond what you self-report. Device-based duplicate checks reduce casual repeat submissions but cannot guarantee one response per real person.
- International participation. Non-Resident Indians and international supporters may participate, subject to the same duplicate-detection checks applied to all submissions.
4 Prohibited Conduct
To protect the integrity of response counts, you agree not to:
- Use bots, scrapers, scripts, or other automated tools to generate submissions;
- Attempt to bypass rate-limiting, IP restrictions, or device-fingerprinting checks;
- Submit offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content in any optional comment field.
Violations may result in the affected submission being excluded from the public count and the associated device or IP being blocked from further participation.
5 Accuracy of Information
Statistics and claims published on this Site are sourced from public government data (such as PIB, NPCI, and ministry reports) and international bodies (such as the IMF), with sources and as-of dates listed on our Methodology & Sources page.
Figures such as GDP rank, scheme coverage, and transaction volumes change over time and may be revised by their original source after publication. We make reasonable efforts to keep figures current but do not guarantee that any statistic is accurate as of the date you view this Site. Where accuracy matters to you, verify directly against the cited primary source.
6 User Submissions & Data
If you submit a response (such as your state or age group), it is collected and processed as described in our Privacy Policy at Ranajeet Katake Privacy page].
By submitting a response, you confirm that the information you provide is true to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to remove or exclude submissions we reasonably believe to be automated, duplicated, or fraudulent, as described in our Methodology page.
Optional public comments. If this Site allows you to submit an optional public message of support alongside your response, submitting one grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your name (or the name you provide) and message publicly on the Site or in related campaign materials. You may decline to submit a public comment and still participate.

Original text, graphics, and design elements on this Site are the property of Ranajeet Katake unless otherwise credited. Third-party statistics and source material remain the property of their respective publishers (e.g., PIB, NPCI, IMF) and are used here for commentary and reference purposes with attribution.
